What’s included?

Commercial leases usually include a service charge covering various extra services that are provided by the owners of the building. At RTC the service charge includes all the internal and external maintenance and grounds-keeping, parking, 24 hours manned security, shared reception areas and building insurance. Unusually, however, our service charge also includes your heating and lighting as we can negotiate bulk discounts to keep costs down.

Other benefits

When comparing different locations you should bear in mind that the best solution isn’t necessarily the one with the smallest outlay.

Consider the location of the premises and how accessible it will be both for staff and visitors. RTC is less than a mile from Derby train station with regular trains direct to London, as well as being ideally suited to visitors in cars as it is easy to find from the M1 and offers ample parking.
