Over the course of 2017 we have been hard at work refurbishing our high specification office space to create modern, spacious offices that can be configured as suites or whole floors from as little as 1,200 sq ft. For smaller startups, “incubation” suites are available from as little as 100 sq ft.
Each suite of offices naturally has all the mod-cons that you would expect in 2018 – fast internet, lift access and a shared reception area providing a high level of security. The onsite facility management team work hard to keep your offices in tip-top condition and are always on hand to help whether you have an issue with your space or need to book a meeting room.
Unusually for business accommodation we include heating and electricity in our service charge as we are able to negotiate heavy user discounts. Also included is 24 hour manned security, internal and external maintenance, cleaning, buildings insurance and a generous car parking allocation.
A large canteen is situated on the park providing cooked breakfasts and lunches for people employed at RTC. They are also able to provide catering for meetings – from tea and biscuits for three up to a full conference in one of our conference venues. RTC Business Park is located in 28 acres of landscaped grounds with ample parking for all who need it. You may be forgiven for thinking that we’re on the edge of nowhere but the reality is we’re only half a mile away from the mainline train station in Derby with fast connections to London and elsewhere. Derby itself is also located close to the M1 and international flights are available from East Midlands Airport which is only 12 miles away.
